Whisk in a quick, light zig-zag motion until a layer of green froth appears on the surface. Add more water if desired. 100% matcha powder can be used for thin or thick matcha. The ideal water temperature for 100% matcha Pu Erh tea is 150-180 degrees Fahrenheit.
