Pu Erh Tea is post-fermented tea produced in the Chinese province of Yunnan, bordering to Myanmar. After the production, which is almost identical to black tea, the leaves are packed and stacked and under strict control of the humidity level stored for 1 year up to 20 years. Some rare Pu Erh is produced from 1000 years old wild tea trees.
